Donut Drop is a neighborhood-run weekly donut delivery service in Allen, Texas. By signing up or placing an order you agree to these terms.

How it works

• You choose a delivery day (Saturday or Sunday) and build your order from a full box (12 donuts) and/or a half box (6 donuts).
• Your standard order repeats every weekend until you pause or stop it. You can skip, move or change any weekend, and change your standard order, until the weekly lock.
• Deliveries arrive between 6 and 8 AM at the address you gave us. We leave the box at the spot you describe in your drop note.
• We deliver only to the neighborhoods listed on our website. We may check or decline an address outside them.

Prices and payment

• A full box of glazed and chocolate is $16 (half box $9). A box with any other donut is $18 (half box $10). A bag of donut holes is $6, delivery included, plus any upcharge shown for specialty donuts. Prices can change; a change applies to the next weekend that locks.
• Signing up saves your card and charges nothing. Each weekend’s order is charged on its own at the weekly lock, Thursday at 8 PM Central, for the order as it stands at that time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a charge fails we try again over the next day and email you. If it still fails by Friday at 2 PM, that weekend is skipped and you are not charged for it. Two failed weekends in a row pause your deliveries until you update your card and resume.
• Promotional offers, such as 50% off your first box, apply once per customer and may be withdrawn at any time.

Changes, skips and cancelling

• Changes to a weekend must be made before its lock. After the lock the order is placed with the bakery and cannot be changed.
• You can pause or stop your deliveries at any time from My Drop. A weekend that has already locked is still delivered and charged.

Problems with an order

If your donuts don’t arrive or something is wrong, contact us as soon as you can and we will make it right, usually with a refund or credit. Email hello@donutdropallen.com.

Allergens and food safety

Our donuts and baked goods are made in a commercial bakery that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. Please do not order if you have a serious food allergy unless you have checked with the bakery. Donuts are best eaten the day they arrive.

Using the site

Please give accurate information and don’t misuse the site, try to access other people’s accounts, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend an account that does.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Donut Drop after a change means you accept it.
